A couple of questions

Greetings

1.I am interested in purchasing a Hostgator Reseller plan. What i wanted to know is if you accept Visa Electron cards?

I know that in some countries it is used as a debit card and in some as a normal Credit Card. I've used mine V.Electron online before, mostly for paying subscriptions for World of Warcraft and it worked.

2. When i get a reseller plan. How many paying options are there available for my costumers?

OK i tried to sign for a reseller plan as it seems it accepts Visa Electron but in the end of the process i get this:
