Hello,
Thinking of joining affiliate program. On your website, it states $50 payout and up. On CommissionJunction, it states $100. Which one is it? Thanks |

Yes, I saw that. That's why I am wondering why they have $100 listed on CJ. Wondering if they had soem kind of special deal...

I think it's because CJ's tracking system isn't that great ;-)

The reason for this is because, when using CJ we give a base one time fee. When using HostGator we have a tiered system, where if you give more than 20 affiliates in a month. you will receive 125 dollars a commission. Which is a big difference from 100 dollars. (25 x20)
If you are currently using in-house, and are thinking about switching to CJ for higher commissions please give us an email first at affiliates@hostgator.com, link to this forum post. And we may be able to work out something better for you.
