I was trying to add this gallery to an existing domain but I get this error...

The installation can not be completed:- You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain.

Do I have to have a separate domain name to add this feature?

You would need to install the gallery to a folder within the root folder for the domain, you cannot install it in the root where the forum is currently located. You should be able to install it to a folder so you could call it using http://gfxunleashed.com/gallery or something similar. The errors you are getting look like you are trying to install it where you have the forum right now.

I give up trying. I created a new folder inside the gfxunleashed folder and I still get errors.
I even tried to do it like a sub domain. No dice.
