Default Continuing Mazda problems. Server? Capacity?

My domains are on Mazda. I'm getting complains from a number of my users that say they are sometimes unable to access their sites on the first try. They can usually get to their sites after they refresh. Although this has happened ever since I moved my reseller business to HostGator (on Mazda), it had been very infrequent and no real concern. The increase in frequency of this problem is becoming unacceptable.

If Mazda doesn't improve I'll probably have to move my reseller account to another provider. I don't want to do this because the expense and labor involved, but I won't have a choice if my user's are unhappy.

Problems have been reported to me on jondrow.com, bsatroop214.us, caryoil.us and helplion.com.

Besides not being about to access the site on the first attempt, the problem is visible from Outlook Express also. On many occasions, users have opened Outlook express only to be told it failed trying to access the server. It usually works if the user clicks Send/Recv again, although sometimes it takes several attempts.

I see, you are using multiple name servers. I recommend getting rid of the .us name servers because there can be some DNS issues with them.

your mail issue is you forgot to click "my server requires authentication" in Outlook express. I used to have the same exact problem until I did that.
