Looking back over my tickets, I have to say that I remain impressed both with the speed of response to any issues I might have and the expertise of the engineers who reply. It's reassuring from my perspective to know that when I have an issue that requires relatively strong sysadmin skills to resolve, there really is a team of people at the other end who can get things sorted quickly and without a constant too-ing and fro-ing.
I'm also very impressed by the standard cpanel packages I have access to and the ease with which I can configure new domains and services - definitely the most comprehensive package I've used so far and the only thing that could possibly tempt me to move elsewhere would perhaps be shared servers that were a bit less loaded ... but for the price, I really can't be complain! So well done HG from a UK user - keep up the good work.
