Default Connectivity Issues
Per ThePlanet Datacenter:

There are connectivity issues on any ISP / Client attempting to access sites that are through the Level3 network. This means that some clients may be able to view sites and servers just fine (As they're all up and running) however others from the same areas or different areas will not be able to.

ThePlanet is working with Level3 to correct this now.

We have over 6 accounts signed before the failure that are not connecting to cPanel, it is not the registrar, nor the cache on the ISP's. It is our DNS on audi please rectify. 6 HOURS LATER
