Another Support Review, not a pleasant one this time round.
I join Live Chat as I seen a post about something that I needed to get some clarity on. It was in relation to running my sites Kayako Support Suite and Live Chat. Firstly I was informed that this is NOT allowed on a Shared Server. I then inform them that my Business can not run without Kayako Support and its Live Chat. And I requested a link to Cancel my accounts. I was then asked to hold a moment. When Support can back I was then informed that the Supervisor said it was allowed on Shared Servers. So a little confused, one person saying one thing, then when you request a link to cancel your account you are then told that it's allowed? Like a little confusing ...

I apologize about the confusion.
Occasionally, our frontline representatives are not informed about the compatibility of every script and whether or not it is allowed. Ideally, they should contact a supervisor or colleague to clarify before giving you an answer, which is why this experience was less than perfect and frustrating. With that in mind, I will clarify and say that Kayako is indeed allowed on a shared server. If you remember who you spoke with as well as the approximate time/date, please PM me that information. I'd like to check into the chat log and see what went wrong exactly.
