Confirming services before purchasing

Dear Mr. Gator

I have a few questions before I go ahead and purchase one of your reseller plans. Recently we purchased a plan with another reseller company (who I will leave anonymous for their sake). At first everything seemed to be a perfect fit, but like all things: the grass is always greener over there.

I will admit I haven't extensively searched the forums for the answers, so sarcasm is expected

1. When an account is created for one of our clients can phpbb instances be installed on their domain via the cpanel (not by manually installing it). The company mentioned above allowed phpBB through the cpanel but there was only one single cpanel for all domains attached to our root account that was used to configure our domain and addon domains.

2. Can we park domains for each of our clients? Same situation as above, any parked domains on the account would all point to our root domain (25ive.ca) instead of pointing to the primary domain of our client.

3. Are there really aliens secretly being held at Area 51?

As for questions 1 and 2, the answer is yes. Each account you create will receive their very own Cpanel and any options they choose to add only affect their site. The phpBB installation is completely automated and your clients can install it themself in as little as 10 seconds from within the Fantastico section of Cpanel.

As for your 3rd question, I'll leave that up to you to decide.

well...i'm not sure about aliens, but i think i can spot some gators in the mix here...
