Is there a link where i can see the side-by-side comparison of the reseller packages like the ones for web and dedicated hosting?
There doesn't seem to be any "Compare All Hosting Plans" link.

Hey there,
Unfortunately, we don't have such a link since they all have different philosophies, and should be considered based on what your core needs are. Simple website host: Shared Need for many cPanels: Reseller Need for many cPanels or root access: VPS Need for many cPanels or root access or high performance: Dedicated Of course this is just a brief summary of each of the different hosting plans- there's many other reasons why one would choose a specific hosting plan over another.

Thanks GatorDavid,
but what i mean is: there is a link in both "web hosting" & "Dedicated Hosting" pages that show side-by-side comparison of the plans within each hosting type. However there is not such a link, that i can find, for a reseller side-by-side comparison of each of the plans within it's type of hosting. Is there a link for comparison of the 5 different reseller plans? |

I believe the only difference between the reseller plans is in the quantity you get (disk space & bandwidth). They all come with the same software and services.
darn Dwight types faster than me ... |

O.k. thanks.
I was trying to see if there was Google credit or voip services that came with the reseller plans or other services without haveing to come here and ask a bunch of questions that i could have answered myself by opening my eyes and looking. But if there is no comparison page then those are my questions and another question about the reliability from moveing from reseller to dedicated with several client domains. |

What/where is the list of services offered with reseller hosting packages?
I'm ready to signup right now but i need to know what comes with it. The web & dedicated plans have a long list of the services that come with them. Also: How easy/difficult is it to be moved from reseller to a dedicated server? |

Thanks Dwight,
but that page does not have all services listed. If you look at the "compare all plans" link on the web & dedicated pages you will see a very long list detailing exactly what is and is not provided with the plans: number of dedicated ip's, google credit, voip, free or paid ssl, etc. |

I'm not sure what answer you expect to receive from a staff member. There is not a link with the Compare all Plans option on the reseller page. The features for all accounts is listed at the bottom of the page that you get when you click on the Reseller Hosting link at the top of this page. The only differences in the plans is the amount of disk space and bandwidth.

Thank you GvilleRick,
but again - no it is not all the info for those packages. Everyone please understand that there were two specific question i outlined in all my posts here and neither have been answered yet. But perhaps it takes awhile to get a staff member to reply. http://www.hostgator.com/compare.shtml it's without the css but this is what im looking for for the reseller plans. there is way more info on that page than on the reseller front page. I understand if there isn't one but this is why im asking a staff member this question or anyone who knows. Also i asked about moveing from reseller to dedicated. HG will help, I believe, in moving from reseller to dedicated. It's also pretty straightforward for you to move the accounts yourself since you would have root access on the dedicated server. It does involve moving to a new server, however, so there can be snags as DNS propagates, etc. |

This is correct, all our newer shared servers have this hardware. We're working on swapping some of our older servers to it as well.
Memory is actually 12064MB. # free -m total Mem: 12064

Yeah it's reading = Memory: 12351484k/13369344k available
I'm used to seeing 48 core powerhouses in CG render farms but few datacenters use these for servers. Awsome stuff! |
