Thumbs up This company is amazing and impressive too!!

Hostgator has an amazing and impressive response time on support!! I contacted them via MSN messenger today to try to solve an issue with Outlook. I had tried everything...or so I thought...and the person I spoke with was very patient and walked me through all the steps (including checking to see if I read the troubleshooting guide - which I said I read). Finally, it was determined that the issue was DNS propagation and all I had to do to solve the problem was what was in the troubleshooting guide all along (and of course wait a few more days until DNS is fully propagated) - here's what's in the guide:

*Change your incoming and outgoing mail servers from mail.yourdomain.com to the ip address listed in your welcome email.

My suggestion for all HostGator customers is to make sure you read, read, and read. It will save you valuable time in terms of troubleshooting.

My suggestion for HostGator, is that they left align all of their troubleshooting guides, center aligned is not as easy to read.
