The original problem was that all of a sudden I could no longer upload (ftp) files via NoteTab Pro. So then I decided to just do it through my cPanelX instead. When I did so, the newly edited, saved, uploaded html page was not being reflected on my website. Now in addition to those two issue, I can no longer pull up access to the cPanelX login page.
I am completely unable to access/administer my website now. Support has responded, but has not helped to resolve the issues I'm having. I have tried their one suggestion of using another FTP, with no success. They keep giving me the same response, each time now, "Hi, We uploaded a file "testing" to your account from our local system without any issues.Can you please try again and if the problem persists, get back to us? Please feel free to write in if you have any questions. We are more than happy to hear from you." I have asked them to call me several times, to no avail. Whoever is handling support, is clearly uninterested in or doesn't know how to help resolve these issues. So much for customer service. |

Sorry about moving your post. This is a support issue once we get this worked out your welcome to post again in customer testimonials. We are letting a couple people go tonight, and have 5 new employees coming on tomorrow to replace them. -Brent
