Dear Hostgator,

I am a little disappointed with your recent customer support.

Early on June 6th I recieved an email stating you moved my dedicated hosting plan from one server to another server at a different location.
I have no problem with that expecially since the new server is faster than the old. Also, there was 0 downtime.

The problem is, I have emailed customer support 3 times & called your support line 3 times & nothing is happening. When I phoned the person on the other end said just email the problems I am having and someone will respond. It is now late June 7th. I know that may not seem long to you but to me this forever & brings back very bad memories of hosting gone bad before comming to Hostgator.

I have to say up till today I have been 110% satisfied with your efforts.

Here is a list of the problems:
1. I have 5 domains listed on my dedicated hosting plan with you. None of the domains have access to thier Cpanel.

2. My WHM panel lists all 5 domains but when you click on edit packages, it is blank, nothing.

3. I have no ability to recieve or send email on all 5 domains on that server.

4. One of my main PHP scripts has warning messages and is not working correctly since the move.

I know you are all busy with the move and glitches but I too need to get things up an running to 100% asap. I earn my hosting fees via my website and the longer it is not running 100% the more my new and existing customers will turn away....

Please please help me...

It took about 3 to 4 days but your team got all the little bugs fixed. I am once again happy!
