[Closed] MySQL Access Host Additions Not Working

Good morning.

I'm attempting to add my own (home-based office) IP address to a MySQL DB's "Access Host" list via Cpanel and it isn't working.

Cpanel reports that it has worked with:

MySQL Account Maintenance

Host Added
Added Host XX.XXX.XX.XXX to the access list

[Go Back]

--------------------------------------------

But upon going back the IP has NOT been added.

Any idea what is going on here? Any insights or direction would be greately appreciated.
