When we try to bring up a page that uses php code, using a secure link, we get the following error:
Warning: Unknown(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/digitalb/public_html/index.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/sitenote/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in Unknown on line 0 Warning: Unknown(/home/digitalb/public_html/index.php): failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in Unknown on line 0 Warning: (null)(): Failed opening '/home/digitalb/public_html/index.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in Unknown on line 0 We've had this problem several times before and it's been fixed but always seems to return. This seems to happen with any domain or site that we setup on our server. This started after the server migration and is a real problem since we use secure php for shopping carts and dynamic website admin access. Is it (hopefully) possible to get this problem permanently resolved? It would be most excellent to be able to put this problem behind us. This is happening on any site on our account that uses php but here is one example: In secure mode, it gives the error: https://69.93.59.37/~hawaiije/ In non-secure mode, it works fine. http://69.93.59.37/~hawaiije/ (www.hawaiijewelry.com) Thanks in advance for your help.
