[Closed] Email forwarding

I am completely confused, perhaps someone can please explain in detail.

Let's assume the web site's name is aaa.com. All incoming email from office@aaa.com is to be forwarded to address at keep@zzz.com. My question; is the forwarding to be setup as office@aaa.com and frowarded to keep@zzz.com which in turn can be read by Outlook Express? If not, what is to be used?

This is the way I set it up and it didn't appear to be working correctly. I would appreciate and advice.

It dfepends on if the address you are forwarding to allows you to import mail to Outlook Express. Are both domains on hostgator servers?

Email address office@aaa.com is a HostGater web site email address. The keep@zzz.com is an external ISP address. When an email is set to office@aaa.com it is to be forwarded to keep@zzz.com and held ther until read by Outlook Express configured to access keep@zzz.com.

After using the aaa.com cpanel to enter the following:
office@aaa.com forwarded to keep@zzz.com
Does anything else need to be entered?

peddler, sorry for the delay. Have you got this working properly now? It sounds to me like you've done everything correctly.
