Hi,
I bought a hosting package yesterday, uploaded my site, but cannot access it at http://xx.xxx.xx.xx/~myaccount ... Error 404 Talked to support at MSN, they were helpful, but couldn't solve the problem... (didn't have access, or something). I sent an email to support about 9 hours ago... Ticket [HGSupport #JSX-57301-889]... and didn't receive any reply yet. Is this normal?! Thanks. |

Make sure you include a trailing slash when using IP~username.
The correct format would be: http://XX.XX.XX.XX/~username/ <-- gotta have the final whack /
