Still waiting for resolution with ASP/MySQL issue for IWSHosting. I have no idea what the current status is. I called support and was told to send my issues via email. I've sent support 2 emails today at 3 and 430 and have yet to receive a reply. I have been waiting a week to have the problem fixed. I really hate to be a nagging, whiney customer, but I have a number of websites that require ASP/MySQL and I am unable to transfer them and have them setup. I'm concerned that my partner and I may have made a mistake with selecting HostGator. Please prove me wrong.

rkeith, I hope this issue has been resolved for you. If not, please reply here and I will see that it is handled asap.

This issue has been resolved. The primary issue was that, although Sun (the seller of ChiliSoft) claimed compatability with Redhat, in truth it was not completely compatible. HostGator reconfigured the server, thereby solving the problem. I'm happy to report all websites and databases are cooperating nicely with ChiliSoft on the Redhat server.
