For some odd reason, all of my databases disappeared a few minutes ago, and all attempts to access phpMyAdmin are met with an incorrect password error. This, of course, means that all my clients whose sites use content management systems and the like are without websites now.
I talked to support on the phone and didn't really get any explanation. Just a "Which server are you on? What's your IP?" and then a "Check it again in a few minutes and it should be back up. Good night." But... everything's still... y'know... down. Just wondering if someone could actually help. :? |

Support asked which server you were on because we have dozens of servers. We would need to know where to look for the problem.
![]() I am sorry I did not see this post earlier, but I am assuming your issue has been resolved since you have not replied back for several hours. Can you please confirm? Thanks. -Justin |
