I signed up for the Copper reseller account at 4:30 am est this morning. I got the email about my main domain, which is already resolving to the Host Gator server - which is great!

The email stated:

Which I found perfectly reasonable.

When the 10 hour mark approached, I sent an AIM message to gatorsupport3.

me: Okay, I hadn't gotten an email about it, so I wasn't sure. What about the username/password, same thing as the main domain?
me: Sorry, it's not working for me, doesn't accept the username/password for the main domain.
gatorsupport3: do you got any email saying that your account will be activated in 10 hrs or somethig like that
me: Yep, got that 10 hours ago.
gatorsupport3: please email to support@hostgator.com for activating yuor account
me: Okay, thanks.
I emailed support@hostgator.com the following email:

Hello. AIM support told me to email you. 10 hours ago, I signed up for the Copper Resellers account. I got the email for the main domain, which said I would get an email about the resellers account within 10 hours. I haven't.

I'm a bit antsy about this, because my domain is already answering to your servers, but I can not transfer my files to it without the resellers account (because of the lack of harddrive space without being under a plan).

Here's my info on the main domain, not sure what else you might need?

Domain: fubared.org
Username: #####
Your sites IP address: 69.93.237.34

At 5:35 pm, 13 hours after signing up, I decided to take my chances with the live chat.

I have heard nothing since then.

I don't understand what the problem is, and nobody is telling me. My account hasn't been set up, or if it has, I haven't been told about it. My credit card has already been charged, as far as I can tell. I am able to log into ftp for my main domain, but I can't upload anything, due to it not being in a package.

I researched Host Gator and found 95% happy customers, so I thought maybe I'd found the host I've been searching for. I've had nothing but bad experiences with many hosts in the last 6 years.

Can somebody please activate my reseller acount, tell me why it's been so long and how much longer it might be, or give me a refund and I'll choose elsewhere? I'd rather the first - as I'd like to be a happy customer here, but it's a bit hard so far! It's 7 pm est, 14 1/2 hours later, and I still have no idea what the trouble is.

Could someone PLEASE help me out here? Or refund me my money? I have tried all day to get what is promised, I paid, and nobody is helping, and nobody is telling me anything. Why? I've tried to remain calm, but as it stands right now, you have my money, i have an unusable domain, and no reseller account, nearly 16 1/2 hours after placing my order, and I still have no idea why this is the case.

It's FINALLY been done, THANK YOU. I feel much better now, and am happy. Thanks, I'm not sure what it was all about, but I am happy now.
