Clearer Instructions for setting up email accounts
It would be helpful to have clearer instructions, in just one place, for setting up an email account in Outlook, Outlook express, etc., so that I could refer my less tech savvy coworkers to it. You have the information in various places, but they all have slightly different information, or incomplete information.
The directions need to be very clear, and they shouldn't assume much fore-knowledge.
