I just posted about that here. Apparently it's the hard drive, according to the not excessively helpful support person.

But maybe it's this, and they don't know?

Looks like Civic might be having issues again but they don't appear to be network but more server related problems? Anyone else seeing this?

Sorry forgot to update this. It was resolved few minutes after posting yesterday. They never did say what exactly the problem was accept network issue and that it was fixed.
