Hi
Did anyone noticed that CIVIC is very slow - http:// seems to be working fine but not available from all locations - it is randomly showing on and off status. However FTP and POP services are damm slow - login to cPanel and /webmail is taking its own time. Gator says they are working on it. Couple of my client have noticed this and asking on that, we are having no options - just saying "check with your ISP" however if anyone from Gator or any tech. guy can explain real reason will be better option to convence anyone. As client are raising questions not only on performance but also on Data and will it crash? etc etc desparately looking forward some reply Tech Man Gator Reseller |

Civic had a few sites receiving so much spam it was halting the server.
We have blocked IP addresses from as many as we could with got things under control for the time being the sites that are being targeted will need to change their MX record when we have an off-site solution for sites that are considered mail abusers.

It's slow again... server load is above 40 right now. It was at 25 last night before I went to bed!
