civic is currently undergoing filesystem maintenance and is around 48% complete at this time. We will let you know when we have further information in regards to this.

Could we have an update on how far along the filesystem check is? Also, could this be done during early AM hours for North America to minimize the impact on US customers and businesses?

This is now complete. Unfortunately many times these checks cannot be scheduled as a file system will shift to read only and cause Apache and other services to fail. When that happens we make sure we take the quickest route possible in order to restore normal service.
