Helo users and admins,

I just spoke to this gentleman regarding domain aliases and the way Mr Christopher Ay sorted me out was really amazing and pleasant. He was very well behaved, very friendly, very precise in troubleshooting and this gentleman finally proved all those guys wrong who said me that HG is not good and this gentleman i believe is an asset to the company. His explanation about technical issues and profile of company was so good that even a non technical newbie will understand quite easy.

I understand that HG customer service always allocate representatives randomly on availability basis... otherwise i would always prefer Mr Christopher Ay to be there for me on customer services.
