Choosing hosting plan: Need your suggestion!

I have a VPS Level 1.
My custom script takes about 5 minutes to finish.
I need it done within 30 seconds.
Please, recommend me an appropriated plan to switch over.

I would recommend upgrading to Level 3-4 and see how the script runs at that point. You can always upgrade further if needed at any time.

Do I need to re-install every thing that I've installed on current VPS or is it transferred automatically to new VPS?

No transfer or re-installations are needed, we just update the limits assigned to your container.

hmmm.. may be you can look into optimizing your script. I don't know how well designed it is, but personally I have done PHP/Database optimizations that increses the execution speeds 10 times or more.
