Unhappy Chinese-discriminate!Verification Needed!

Hello,
Recently,I bought a baby plan!
But not more than 1 day, I was noticed to be Verification Needed!
The mail-content is the blew:

And why need I pay via bank or Western Union?

First , It's not convenient very much,
Second, It will pay more added handling charge.

I Choose you for two reason, your hosts are inexpensive and good ,

But If I pay you via bank or Western Union,I will cost more than 25$ added!

You deal in your host , It's a trade of service ,

But do you think a lot of your clients's taste?

And I'm very angry about this , Are you discriminating our Chinese People?

It is nothing against you personally my friend, it is just that a lot of fraudulent orders originate from the Asian continent.

Would you rather be with a host who didn't care who signed up with them, that took any and all orders be they fraudulent or not, that would eventually go out of business because of fraudulent orders?.... or.... would you rather be with a host that takes these things seriously and checks all orders with the end result that they keep a good and safe environment for all who host with them?... I know which one I would choose.

If you send any verification and payment that they have asked for then you should be good to go and I guarantee you wont regret it.

Unfortunately we have to do this from the extremely high amount of fraud orders that come from certain countries. It is nothing against you personally, we have just had a lot of stolen credit cards and even fraud Paypal accounts sign up for hosting that we end up paying charge back fees from.

What are you saying? You don't take Chinese clients who use credit cards?

Probably close to 90% of credit cards that were used in the past were stolen which caused a very high amount of chargeback fees and refund fees from our merchant. We realize that not all customers from China are like this, but unfortunately we cannot continue to provide service for that region unless it is a verified payment.

I understand what you said, but not all the Chinese is bad , do you think so ?
Actually , I even do have no plan to be refunded , because I only want to use the host , quietly ! Everyone knows Your host is excellent!
But to pay via bank or Western union is really so inconvenient!
And I will cost more added fee for it !
Why don't use simple way ?

I want to konw:

Can't I buy I via Paypal ? Not CC!
Can I use the coupon code if I pay via bank wire or Western Union?
What about the second year's Fee of the host? Just the same to the first year ? By bank or western?
Can I have any more voucher if I buy two years or more?

Can you tell me ? Thank you!
