it's been 30 minutes now... FTP and WHM are fine, seems to be port 80 traffic... not sure what is up. Been chatting with support who says it is fine on their end... not sure what else to try.

I don't know if it's a good thing that it came back in 12 minutes, or a bad thing that I was still waiting for chat to respond... oh well.
