Norris really was very helpful! I went into Live chat today afternoon and spoke to him about my SSL Certificate having some problems. He saved me the trouble to file a support ticket since he did it for me.

Also, I've got to admit that he types really fast and replies to all my questions in a really quick time. Although the problem wasn't solved in the end since my account was a reseller account, I'm still glad that I lost nothing but gained trust in Hostgator!

Anyway, the SSL certificate was given to me for free by Domain registrar for registering domains with them.

For Hostgator!
