All virtual credit cards are linked to an online administration site where you can take a screen shot showing your name and the last 4 digits of your card. This is what is being requested on your latest verification ticket FCG-13359931.

If you are using a real matercard, you will have to scan it. In case of virtual CC, just go to the administration site where you generated it, open the card image and hit the print screen button on your keyboard. Then simply open ms paint brush or something similar and paste. You may have to cut just the cc image, basic editing might be required.
