I would like to commened Joel Hu, one of your technical assistants in the online chat system. He aided me in a variety of issue's, some of which involved him having to go talk to a admin in which case he kept me updated the whole way throught the process. By far he was one of, if not the best technical support people I have dealt with not only from Host Gator but from any company I have dealt with, which is a rather long list based on my records of being able to break my computer systems! I have dealt with tech support from Microsoft, openSuse (un-official), EA Games, a variety of hardware companies, Microsoft Xbox Division and Joel was by far the best.

I would also like to take note of Angela R., who was the Supervisor who replied to my feedback email. I usually submit feedback to company's but this is the first time I have had a reply that was a simply automated system message.
