Changes on your server

Hello,

If you make any changes, I would really appreciate if you do some mass mailng and notify your resellers and customers in advance.

You just switched to the new version of Formmail and disabled the old one. My customers send me messages asking why their formmail doesn't work anymore, and I don't know what to tell them because I've never heard about any changes myself. Checked Hostgator's web site - there is a still an old form over there.

I always notify my customers in advance about any changes I make. I would appreciate if you do the same.

You did not provide any account details, so I have no idea which server you are on. After you provide the info requested in the thread above, it will be easier for us to provide support in times such as this.

With that said, I can say that, to my knowledge, nothing in relation to form mail has been changed on any server. I could be wrong, of course, but I won't be able to investigate further until you provide some account details.
