Changed my name servers

I changed my name servers from goaddy to Hostgator about 30 hours ago. I have uploaded a full practice site to the domain -->http://twittermix.com/ but i only see the directory structure. I also cannot access any of my files directly through the browser such as http://twittermix.com/index.php im getting a 404 error.

Is this normal while the dns is propagating? How will i know when im good to go?

My guess is that you uploaded your site to the root folder of your account, not to the public_html folder, as you should.

Don't be surprised if you still get it working on and off in different ISPs for at least another day though!
