how to change the ticket system login?

Hi,

how can i change the ticket system login? Right now i log in with red@example.com and password 123456. I want to change it to green@example.com and password 123456. How do i do that?

Never tried it but doesn't "Change Primary Email" in your edit contact information tab do this?

I have tried that. No success.

I can, of course, create a new account. But i don't see their my old tickets...
