Change The Music! - See Post
Please please please change the music you play to people when they call you and are placed on hold.
The current music, to put it bluntly, is crap and very depressing and is not the sort of music choice I would have associated with Host Gator. I see Host Gator as a trendy, with it, up beat and go get 'em type of company and I think the music you play people whilst on hold should reflect this. Anyway just a friendly suggestion  Regards, Keith
