I just wanted to publicly review and give props a tech support guy by the name of "Chad".
Now all the people at Hostgator have been cool, but Chad is a cut above. Let me state that I am not a friend of Chad's and have never met him previously, so this isn't to 'plug' him. Rarely do I come across a Tech Services person that I would feel compelled to write about publicly, but he is one. He was patient with explaining multiple questions I asked him. He didn't sound frustrated at ME at any moment. If anything, he showed a calm demeanor through the whole thing. And he took the time to explain it in words I would understand. In 15 minutes he cleared an issue for me that has stunted my understanding of a host of processes. That adds VALUE to an Internet Marketing guy like me. I would hire a guy like him for any Net based company, start-up, any company period. Whatever he's getting paid, he deserves more. Chad gets the thumbs up from this end.
