cgi, php, database on each folder?

Hi there, i have a few seperate websites with different domain names, and some of them have their own log in system and email forms that need cgi scripts.
With the Baby hosting plan, would i be able to have the cgi, php, and the login scripts i need in each of the sites folders, without them interferring with each other? or can i only one set of login, cgi etc.... for this account that govern all subdomains. Thank you.

My subdomains all get their own cgi-bin, however if you want to install your own scripts you must use the wrapper which I believe gives you only one folder under your top level....

I've run several CMS's in each in their own subdomain without them interferring with each other....

That said, I don't know what Baby Gator plan offers!...
