Can't setup new domain - DNS/NS problem is suspected.

I just setup a new domain, both in the WHM and cPanel (uploaded html files). I've also redirected the new domain to the name servers ns7.websitewelcome.com /ns8.websitewelcome.com . But I can't view the cPanel from WHM by clicking on the icon in the accounts screen, the webpage doesn't come up when entered in the browser, and the ftp won't logon unless I use the ip address vs. using the domain name.

What could the problem be. The site I'm trying to get up is
www.e-musicradio.com?

PLEASE read your welcome email. Any time you make dns changes it takes 24 to 48 hours before the domain name will work. That is how the internet works.
