Exclamation CAnt send any email

Hello. My reseller account is diag2k4.com. Its on cadillac I think. Starting monday morning, I couldnt send emails, or recieve emails. Now I can recieve emails, but I cant send emails from any of my accounts. I also am having a problem using a free email hotmail, so I am posting my problem here. You can reach me at x51@diag2k4.com , as again, im getting my email, jsut cant send. I talked to a support guy last night for a little buit and he couldnt find the problem, so im hoping this will open up a ticket. In the future, tech support, I feel, should offer to open up a trouble ticket for you, as right now its a pain the butt. anyway pleas elet me know ASAP when this problem will be resolved. Ill try again tommorow to get some other email account set up and email support if no onw catches this.

I emailed support last night, and my mail has been down for 2 days. I need this to be fixed now. Thanks.

diag, I understand the urgency, but there is nothing I can do for you without your account information (as I asked you to update in my previous post) or a support ticket number. If you can provide this information, it will be easier to help you.

If you give me your ticket number, I can contact our support staff and ask them for a status update for you.
