Can't seem to get website directories to validate my website due to the shared IP

I can't seem to get my site (http://www.cashgamers.net) validated for a certain directory script that the majority of directory sites are running. Upon trying to add my site, I've been getting "The URL could not be validated. Either the page does not exist or the server cound not be contacted." as an error.

I have tried asking for help on a large Webmaster forum and some people believe it is because my shared IP (74.52.106.2) seems to have a bunch of parked advertising domains, and my shared IP could possibly be blacklisted from directory submissions. Is there a way I can work around this? Any solutions?

The error message says quite clearly that the validator bot is not able to connect.
This is most likely caused by ModSecurity, contact HG support and ask if they can help you.
