Can't see reseller or shared forums?

If you are still not able to see the correct forums for your account, AKA Reseller Forums for Resellers and Shared Forums for Shared, Dedicated forums for Dedicated accounts. Please send me a private message via this message board. Also make sure the correct account information is in your profile fields or we will not be able to verify the account. If you want to change the information or if you believe it is incorrect you can provide that info in the private message.

Also please do not send me a PM if you signed up within the last 24-48 hours and did not receive a verification email. Your account will be activated asap.

For any forum problems that do not have to do with this, please send a PM here or an email to jay@hostgator.com

If I'm correct non-validated members can't post in this forum. Not to mention they can't PM I don't think.

Not sure if I should post here but....

Out of the blue I can't access this forum directly. I have to link in through the HG support page or I get a 403 forbidden.

Is this intentional / permanent?

You have to put in forums.hostgator.com, I'm guessing they have the forums on a completely differant server. Or not..
