Cant see my temporal website

Im new here, i have uploaded my website and im trying to see before tranfer the dns and in my temporal url i get this:


Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /~lucasvm/ on this server.


Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/1.3.39 Server at 74.52.141.18 Port 80 Why???????????, what can i do??????? whats wrong??????????

Are you sure that all of your files are uploaded to the public_html folder? You should also check the permissions on the files. You can open a Help Desk ticket and ask the techs to check and be sure that everything is set up correctly.
