Can't load the demo cpanel

Hello.
I'm Can't load the demo cpanel and the guy in the your chat said it's
something to do with port 2055. I don't have any firewall that blocks
this port and I Don't know about issues with my ISP blocking it.
Will it be a problem to handle my account at HostGator if I can't reach the demo cpanel ?

You can use cPanel Proxy to access your account if 2082 is blocked
