Default Can't delete a database

My Cpanel shows 11 mySQL databases, but phpMyadmin shows 12. I did indeed create the "extra" database (called "test_01") but never did anything with it.

Interestingly, the 11 databases are all named in the format of "username_databasename", but this "test_01" db is just that, nothing more.

How can I simply delete this database? phpMyadmin shows no "drop" button and will not accept a "DROP DATABASE test_01;" statement.
