Can't access sites or Cpanel

I'm fairly new to HG and have today found that I cannot publish to any of my sites or access CPanel or even view my sites via a browser. Weirdly other people on other computers have no problems. I'm not at all techie but having been in contact with my ISP provider and Live Support on HG have now come to the conclusion that it must be a problem with HG. My question is when and how can it be resolved.

Nevermind, I found it. You should be able to log into your cPanel without any issues. Please pm me what issues you are having in particular, and what errors you are getting.
