Cant access forum

I know that this is not the place to ask this question, but it seems I have no choice.
I registered with the forum so that I could find help with the hosting service, but every time I try to read topics in the area of help with hosting, I get a message that says I do not have access, that I must register, I go to the register link and it says I am already registered.
What is happening?
Can anyone give me some advise?

As you can notice just under your username it is writen "Awaiting Activation".

To get full access to the forum you have to eMail GatorWesley at wesley@hostgator.com asking for it.

And by now, you've noticed the designation under your name is "Hatchling Croc"?

Well, no. I still can't see any of the hosting forums. When I'm not logged in, they appear as private. They use to appear when I was logged in, but now I don't see them. >_>

Did you log out, close browser, open again and log into forum?

Yup. Done all that. Cache has been cleared, all that good stuff.
