Cannot send mail from my server

I am able retrieve mail via outlook express now. But someone at gator had to make that work. With the same settings on outlook, I am unable to send mail through my site at yayodarecords.com.

I have recreated the error on my other host and it has to do with something on the server. I have to have "SMTP HOST TO SEND THE EMAILS VIA THE SMTP SOCKET". The mail.yayodarecords.com is not working on the web. But with the same settings, it is not working on yayodarecords.com with gator. It connects to the database fine. It just will not send mail.

I have tried so many different code combinations. Can someone at gator check to see if the mail has the right configuration to do this.
