How can I use Site Studio with my Baby Shared account?

Hi,

A couple of days ago I purchased a Baby Shared account. My account is working fine, but I'm having a problem getting into Site Studio.

When I go to http://hostgator.com/build and attempt to log into Site Studio with my Baby Shared account's user name and password, I get an error message:

The user you have indicated does not exist. Please make sure you enter your login correctly.

I don't have any other user name, so I'm guessing that I need to register somewhere else for Site Studio.

Does anyone know how I activate my Shared account in Site Studio?

I had this exact same problem, and the first person I spoke to said I had to upgrade to get it, which I wasn't very happy about because it had a tick in the specifications, so I spoke to someone else who said to contact sales to tell them I wanted to use it. They installed it for me and I can now use it using my login details for Control Panel with no mention of additional payments this time.

Now I'm trying to work out if I can integrate one of the blogging things into one of my Site Builder pages, or if I need to keep that separate. I can link to it using an auto-redirect, but I'd like it to lie within a page built with Site Builder for consistency.

That is not true, to get Site Studio on your account just email sales@hostgator.com if you a shared account and if you are a reseller fill out the form on the Changes page.

I'm having the same problem, Omen...with the same account. When I asked Live help...they originally told me the same thing--that I had to request it. But, now that i've been given the link to hostgator.com/build i can't log in because it says i don't exist. sigh.
I'd really like to get going!
(this seems like the kind of thing Live help should be able to help with, no? I mean...all these accounts come with it...someone should be able to help us use it, shouldn't they?).
