Can´t access my site with ftp, by ip or cpanel

Hi

I´m webmaster for 'novo-horizonte.net' site. The account was created on november 8th, but i can´t login cpanel, by ftp and by ip :74.52.141.98

What´s happening with? I've changed DNS config in netsol, after that, i can't access anymore. Please, someone could help me?

Try http://74.52.141.98:2082/, then enter you username and PW.

Check to see if those nameservers are correct.
