Visa has a thing called "debit cards" that use the money in your bank account instead of a line of credit. You are using the money you already have. No intrest, no repayments. They work exactly like a credit card, though.

Here in Finland it's called "Visa Electron", and AFAIK it can't be used for online payments anywhere.

That doesn't work if you live in Finland (and in many other countries I suppose).
As they say:
"PayPal does not currently offer the ability to add funds from your bank account. You may, however, use other funding sources to make a PayPal payment, including credit cards and your PayPal account balance."
