Can i host my websites in HostGator?

Can I use HostGator to host my websites, all my websites are not personal, all of them are for Internet marketing, I create sites and put ads on them, also, do some image hosting sites and proxies sites and toplist sites, all my work are legal 100%.
I use 3 shared hosting account outside HostGator to host these websites, i was planning to move them to HostGator but when i read the TOS page, i stopped.
want to ask if anyone here work like me, do you host your sites at HostGator or not?
note: i can't pay for the dedicated server, for that i am using 3 shared hosting account.

Nope, you would need a dedicated server for those

If you are planning to host proxys, topsites and imagehosting sites then hostgator isnt for you as all of the above are not allowed on shared/reseller hosting.
